For your safety, and the safety of our other guests, please read the following rules:

Terms and Conditions:

Military rate is only good for ACTIVE Duty Military. Active Duty Military person MUST be staying in the room.
Active Duty Military ID MUST be presented at time of check in.
If ID is not presented regular rack rates will apply.

The Inn at Anderson Creek Club requires a credit card to guarantee your room. When booking TWO (2) or more rooms there will be a REQUIRED 30% deposit due AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Cancellation Policy: Must cancel within ten (10) calendar days of arrival date or be charged 50% of the Total Reservation Amount.


** There is a standard FOURTEEN day cancellation policy for ALL holidays AND SPECIAL EVENTS. Must cancel FOURTEEN (14) calendar days prior to arrival date or be charged 50% of the Total Reservation Amount**

***There is a standard THREE night MINIMUM stay on WEEKENDS and ALL HOLIDAYS***

Check In Starts at 3 PM. Check out before 11 AM.
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM

There will be an additional $25.00 Enhanced COVID-19 cleaning fee assesed per stay.

Our Inn is 100% pet free, NO pets allowed at any time. All money, deposits, and rents will be forefeited in the event of an evicition.

The Inn at Anderson Creek Club is 100% smoke free, this includes Vaping. A $250.00 smoking fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.

**There is a standard THREE night Minimum stay for ALL holidays and weekends**

Check-in and Checkout times: Check-in begins at 3:00 pm Check out is at 11:00 am daily.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.

There are NO elevators at the Inn, you may be required to climb stairs. Please contact the Inn directly if you require special room placement on entry level. (910-814-0925)

Extended Stay or multi-room stays: We welcome any guest wishing to stay with us for an extended period of time or who is interested in reserving multiple rooms. Extended stay and multi-room customers have special conditions to include a 30% deposit at time of reservation. Please contact The Inn for further details and for possible discounts.

Smoking Policy: All suites at The Inn are non-smoking. There is no smoking allowed in the hallways. Please contain all smoking to areas outside of the building, and we ask that you clean up any extinguished tobacco products. Smoking in any of the suites is subject to a $250 cleaning fee.

Excessive Damage: We understand that accidents happen, but if there appears to be excessive avoidable damage to a room, a $300 charge will be applied to cover the cost of all repairs and additional cleaning.

Pet Policy: Due to the health concerns of guests with allergies and the limited number of rooms available, The Inn at Anderson Creek Club DOES NOT allow pets. If a guest is found to have a pet during their stay, a $250 cleaning fee will be added to their bill and they will be required to vacate immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our guests.

Service Animals: We understand some guests do require service animals. Service animals are allowed, but notification to the staff is necessary at the time of booking.

COVID Enhanced Cleaning: There is a $25.00 enhanced cleaning fee assessed to each stay.
